Jakarta, June 16th, 2017, PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk has listed its shares at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) trading under the ticker symbol “TOPS”. The number of new shares issued to the public through Initial Public Offering (IPO) was 1,666,000,000 (a billion six hundred and sixty six million) with nominal value of IDR 100 (a hundred Rupiah) per share, representing 24.99% of the issued capital after IPO. It includes the shares allocated for ESA Program as much as 0.997% of the total Public Offering. The company will also record all the common stock on behalf of the stockholders before the IPO as many as 5.000.000.000 (five billion) shares or 75,01% of the issued capital after the IPO. Hence, the number of shares recorded at IDX is 6.666.000.000 (six billion six hundreds and sixty six million), or 100% of the issued capital after the IPO. The President Director of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk, Donald Sihombing said that public offering was conducted on June 12nd, 2017 – June 13rd, 2017. “The initial share price is IDR 310 (three hundred and ten Rupiahs) per share, gaining positive responses from the investors,” said Donald Sihombing to the pressduring IPO event at IDX (06/16), Jakarta. The public offering results in IDR 516.460.000.000 (five hundred and sixteen billion four hundred and sixty million Rupiahs). It has been planned that 60% of the fundwill be used for the company’s working capital needs, around 35% is to pay off debts, and the remaining 5% is to improve the business by purchasing machines, heavy equipments, and construction equipments. The company hopes that “TOPS” share will become one of the investors’ preference in Indonesia capital market, especially in the construction industry, in accordance with Totalindo’s improving performance. “Support and acceptance in the capital market allows the company to finally list its stock on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. We are grateful for the support and trust given to us,” said Donald. Until midJune 2017, Totalindo has succeeded on securing new contract worth IDR 1,449 trillion, of which approximately 52.4% came from the Government project and around 47.6% was from private projects. As for its financial condition, Totalindo booked profit worth IDR 201.3 billion with the revenue growingas much as 108% at the end of 2016.
