  • Selection & subscription to various external knowledge sources
  • Building relationship with local / overseas strategic external knowledge sources

  • Various knowledge ‘products’ based on agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA); i.e.: daily newsletter, periodically markets / industry analysis, etc.

  • Records Management Tools (Intranet, Databases, Portal, Data Warehouse, Search Engine, etc.)
